After buying Twitter, CEO of Twitter Elon Musk said that now the bird is finally ready to fly.

Elon Musk on Thursday called off his long-awaited Twitter acquisition, drawing executives under fire.

Critics are worried that the Tesla CEO, a self-styled free speech autocrat, will introduce more hate speech into the company's culture.

Brussels has said that the bird will fly by EU rules after the Twitter control of billionaire Elon Musk.

The European Commission has reminded Elon Musk that he must follow EU rules after buying and controlling Twitter.

Thierry Breton, the EU commissioner for the internal market, said birds would fly European rules on social media on Friday.

On Thursday, Musk bought Twitter to help humanity and didn't want it to become "a free hell for all."

Last week, The Washington Post reported that Musk told potential investors he plans to cut 7,500 Twitter employees.
